Our works always express our own character and attitude toward the environment.
When working on any project, the space itself dictates how and in which direction the working process will develop. At the initial stage, the space is researched and studied; this is followed by processing the gathered information and developing the concept.

This house was an interesting and important project for us, as we designed not only its architecture but also the interior. When you design the interior of a building you have designed yourself, from the very beginning you think about the relationship between the exterior and interior spaces and consider them as a single, unified organism. This is precisely why elements of the exterior are brought into the interior.

For the exterior finishing material, stone masonry and white plaster were used. The interior walls are mostly plastered white, with stone inserts; the ceiling is clad with wooden boards, and mosaic is used on the floor. Due to the relief, we enter the house at an intermediate level: by one flight of stairs we reach the living room and kitchen area, while the other flight leads to the private part of the house, where we enter the bedroom spaces.

There are several key accents in the interior: in the living room, a fireplace clad in black cut stone and a long shelf composed of black and white tiles. In the kitchen, the accent is created by the printed cabinet that evokes associations with a Chinese folding screen, as well as the black-and-white mosaic floor pattern. The remaining elements are more or less neutral and help to emphasize these accents.
